Banana Berry Smooth

(A healthful treat!)

 

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1 C frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or mixed berries of any kind)

1 tsp sugar or Splenda to taste

½ C plain low-fat or non-fat yogurt

½ C milk    

 

In a blender (I use a hand blender), combine banana, yogurt, milk, and sugar, blend until smooth.  Gradually add berries, blending entire mix until smooth.  This will make 2 servings.
